Delete your data

You can remove your Cricket Daily account and game scores at any time. Here is how, and how to check a request you have already made.

Game scores

We store these when you sign in with Google or Facebook. See our Privacy Policy for details.

If you signed in with Facebook

Open your Facebook settings and go to Apps and Websites.
Find Cricket Daily and choose Remove.
Tick the option to delete the data the app has, then confirm.

Facebook then tells us to delete your data. It gives you a confirmation code and a link back to this page so you can check the status.

If you signed in with Google, or want help

Open your profile menu (your picture, top right).

Select Delete account and confirm.

This permanently deletes your account, your puzzle progress and your leaderboard scores. You can also remove Cricket Daily’s access at any time from your Google Account under Security → Your connections to third-party apps & services.

If you can’t sign in or need help, email info@cricketdaily.net from the address on your account and we’ll delete your data within 30 days.
